ventures working under law 159 of
year 1981, law 43 of year 1974 and
its amendments (law 8 of year 1997).
Also affiliated companies of NCCD
have shares in number of joint
ventures as a way of investment and
source of revenue.
NCCD and its affiliated companies,
through its representatives in these
joint ventures, is controlling the
performance and the financial status
of these joint ventures (quarter and
annual reports) , and its
effect on the holding company and
its affiliated companies’ revenues.
