The company’s vision is to participate effectively in the development of the national economy according to the State general policy in all fields of construction and development. This vision is realized through several strategies and principal objectives :

·        Exportation of contracting activity: the NCCD strategy aims to increase the exportation of contracting activity and to conquer African and Arab markets, specially promising markets such as (Sudan - Saudi Arabia -  Algeria -  Morocco - Libya ).
NCCD aims that the annual volume of contracting activity exportation will be equal to the volume of executed work locally , putting in consideration the investments recession in the contracting sector

      The volume of work realized abroad by the affiliated companies during the fiscal year 2010/2011 was 619  million pound, and profits reached to 115  million pound.
